Northern Light 5

Northern Lights #5 is bred for vigorous growth, high yield and a superb enegetic high that’s magically Indica . She’s the only Indica that has a buzz like a sativa. Very cerebral and mind trippy. She’s must for growers who prefer short plants with a single fat columnar bud. The buds are extremely frosted and resinous in appearance. Truly one of the best all-around indoor plants in our collection that is great for breeder to use as is or to cross with thier own creations to improvments and stablization.

If you want to run a business then NL#5 will have you profitable with the shortest turn-around. Just 45 Days and a heavy cola at 2-3′ height will get you up to 525 grams per squared meter.

I recently grew three crosses of Bhodi NL#6 x BCSC NL#5. Was extremely impressed. Large yields. Very high quality. Climate change has created a dilemma for me. I have been growing outdoors in the same location for around 15 years in a valley in Colorado. It is in the vicinity of a thermal hot spring so it is a bit more humid, about 5 degrees F warmer during fall nights and until the last three years, had had a dependable harvest window that closes around mid October with a hard killing frost. We normally have had a mild monsoon season here that starts mid July and lasts for about three weeks. Perfect for vegging/early flower. Sunny and warm again until Labor Day weekend, then a cold rain and full shift into fall finishing. That is changing now with the rains coming in late August/early September and again toward Oct 1 when the plants are finishing. This pretty much ends the season due to Botrytis. Your NL#5 was impressive. Very mold resistant. I will be buying more and I was wondering which of your other strains you consider to be the most Mould resistant heavy yielders. Sorry for such a long post. I’m in buy mode for 2020 outdoor season. Your prices are excellent, BTW. Thanks for your time.

Is everything ok now with the website? Website was down and up with different listing. Want some NL x Hawaiian like i had like 20 years ago hehe. The taste was amazing and so frosty. Lots of my friends are interested getting the genetic back and some other strains.

Have a good end of the year guys and thanks again for all those nice strains and efforts to keep them alive. Green thumb up!

If you’re not in the “know” yet about thebcsc then you’ll be enlightened after your first grow. I totally recommend nl#5

  5. Kelly Maguire

I bought these in 2013. I just ordered another pack and hope this seed bank is running as smoothly as it was a few years back. I loved the two packs of NL#5 I ordered from BCSC.

Back then they sent me to Mars on the trip of my lifetime. I’ve never smoked another that could do the same since, hence the reason I’m back for more.

  6. Ted Shor

Far out man. This strain has me tripping like never before man and I’ve been smoking NL since the 80s man.

  7. Finn Adams

British Columbia for some reason, breeds a better NL strain.

  8. Francis DuBeau

Hands down the best goddamn strain on the planet. Wicked
